Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet diverse business requirements.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within cloud-based payroll systems.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
