Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and refining software components while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and innovative ideas to enhance the software development process.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with modern software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Strong understanding of database management and data modeling.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
