As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver effective results, while also adapting to the dynamic requirements of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, making adjustments as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based in Mumbai.
