Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications by identifying areas for modification and enhancement.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
- Experience with integration techniques and middleware solutions to facilitate communication between diverse systems.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and testing processes.
- Knowledge of database management and query optimization to support application performance.
