As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for improved performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
