Summary:
We are looking for an ABAP HR Consultant with strong experience in SAP HCM and S/4HANA Payroll, integrated with SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC). The role focuses on building and supporting payroll-related developments, integrations, and replication frameworks between SF-EC and SAP Payroll.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ABAP solutions for SAP HCM / S/4HANA Payroll (PY), including reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Support SuccessFactors EC to S/4 Payroll integration, including replication frameworks (e.g., Business Integration Builder – BIB)
- Develop and enhance payroll objects such as:
- Wage type processing logic.
- Payroll schemas and rules (in collaboration with functional consultants)
- Build and maintain interfaces between SF-EC and SAP Payroll (IDocs, APIs, middleware like CPI/BTP)
- Work on HR master data replication (employee, organizational data) and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Debug payroll runs, schema execution, Payroll posting to Finance programs and replication issues.
- Participating in SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with development standards, performance optimization, and documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors EC integration with SAP Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HR Infotypes and structures
- Logical databases (PNP / PNPCE)
- Payroll clusters and results tables
- Experience in:
- Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits)
- Interfaces (IDoc, web services, APIs)
- HR Forms (Adobe / SmartForms)
- Exposure to Business Integration Builder (BIB) or similar replication frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in middleware integration (SAP CPI / BTP) is a plus.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, especially in payroll processing.
- Ability to work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
