- Assist in maintaining documentation and best practices to support software lifecycle management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve software quality and development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and ability to apply them effectively in software development projects.
- Experience with software design patterns and best practices for scalable application development.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
