- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless communication between software components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
