Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the intended requirements and function seamlessly. Throughout the day, the engineer manages multiple tasks, oversees progress, and ensures that the applications are developed efficiently and effectively to support business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong skills in data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in integrating data from multiple sources to create comprehensive business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within business intelligence applications.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of query languages and data transformation techniques relevant to Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
