As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of stakeholders and enhances operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data governance practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
