Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating new technologies that benefit the project and organization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.
- Implement and configure Oracle Enterprise Contracts modules.
- Integrate OKC with other Oracle modules (e.g., Procurement, Order Management, AR/AP)
- Support contract migration, data conversion, and reporting
- Implement and configure Oracle Sales Cloud components:
Leads and opportunities management
Accounts and contacts
Sales forecasting and pipeline management
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
