Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts strategies to maintain project momentum and quality outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and configuring custom applications within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes to support analytics solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
