Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark.
- Strong experience in distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize and tune Apache Spark applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with large-scale datasets.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues within a distributed environment.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control and continuous integration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Spark.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
