Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and technical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.
- Skilled in integrating software solutions across diverse systems to meet business objectives.
- Competent in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system performance.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
