Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP environments to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning within SAP landscapes.
- Ability to coordinate system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
