Summary
MUST HAVE:
- ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) and Product Catalogue
Developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to manage the sales and fulfillment of telecom products and services. The role involves technical design, configuration, and integration with external systems to automate order capture, decomposition, and orchestration.
ServiceNow Customization: Develop and configure SNOW modules.
Scripting: Write JavaScript/GlideScript, create Business Rules, UI Actions, and automate workflows.
Integrations: Implement REST, SOAP, and web service integrations with external systems.
Troubleshooting: Resolve issues, perform updates, and ensure system performance.
Collaboration: Gather requirements, document solutions, and work with cross-functional teams.
Languages: JavaScript, GlideScript
Modules: ITSM, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem
Integrations: REST, SOAP, MID Server
