Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Java Developers
Proficient in back-end programming languages and frameworks (Java 11, Spring Boot, Maven)
Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Spring Gateway
REST Client, Web Client (Mono and Flux)
Experience with docker-compose and Kubernetes
Proficient in Swagger / OpenAPI
Oracle and PostgreSQL Relational Database
Redis Cache
Kafka, IBM MQ publish-subscribe messaging
Experience in Unit Test
Familiar with Postman
Git, GitLab
EJB is a plus
Weblogic, Struts are a plus as well
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
