- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Risk Management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in applying risk assessment techniques to ensure software quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Ability to integrate risk management practices within agile development frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for monitoring and reporting risk factors in software projects.
