You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering functional and efficient software solutions that support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and integrating Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for packaged application development.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
