Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Experience with log management and real-time data analysis using Elastic Stack components.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, parsing, and visualization techniques within Elastic Stack.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot Elastic Stack deployments for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with integrating Elastic Stack solutions into broader software architectures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
