As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and transformations.
- Strong understanding of data quality and data cleansing techniques within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues effectively.
- Familiarity with database systems and query optimization to enhance data service performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
