As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to address challenges and drive the project forward efficiently, serving as the main liaison between technical teams and business users throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Document and communicate design specifications and development progress to stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI CO functionalities.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI CO and other SAP modules or external systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
