- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software systems to enhance performance and scalability.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Strong experience in distributed data processing and handling large-scale datasets.
- Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource management.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with various data sources.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex data pipelines.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development, including version control and testing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
