- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to file transfer and integration.
- Familiarity with security protocols and data integrity measures in file transfer processes.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
