Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges within the development environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and logistics workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP EWM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
