Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices related to Workday implementations.
- Experience in designing and executing data conversion strategies to ensure seamless migration.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and develop mapping solutions that meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and data extraction methods to support data validation and reconciliation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting data issues and providing timely resolutions to maintain data integrity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
