- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
