Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating those insights into functional specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the software development lifecycle.
