Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
- Strong experience in data integration and transformation processes using Talend ETL tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable ETL workflows that support complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing concepts to optimize data flow and storage.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ETL processes and data quality.
- Capability to work with various data formats and sources to ensure seamless data integration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
