Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success and deliver high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
