Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes between SAP modules and other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
