Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of the organization and its clients. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle.
- Experience with integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
