As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, ensuring they function seamlessly and efficiently. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience.

- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience with integration of Pega applications with other systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
