Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the solutions you provide are both effective and efficient.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for SAP SuccessFactors.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
