Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging processes, ensuring that the software meets quality standards and performs optimally in various environments. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges that arise, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring boot design and development
- Application Development: Design and develop high-volume, low-latency, and secure applications using Java and Java EE.
- API & Backend Logic: Create, test, and maintain robust backend components and RESTful APIs
- Core Java: Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and related concepts.
- Strong experience in Kafka event driven architecture.
- Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
- Database: Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with RESTful web services and API security protocols.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
