Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, provide guidance to team members, and ensure that project milestones are achieved efficiently. Your role will also include managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously assess and improve team processes to increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with quality assurance processes and tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
