Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to key architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
- Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Follow Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills- 6+ years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong understanding of software design, development, and integration.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification- Bachelor's Degree (15 years of full-time education required).
