✨ We’re Hiring | Merchandiser – Custom Manager
📍 Design & Development Team
We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Merchandiser – Custom Manager to manage and lead our custom order lifecycle — from client brief to final delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of design, craftsmanship, production, and client coordination while delivering high-end customized rugs and textile products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of custom and bespoke rug orders including sampling, costing, production timelines, and delivery
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and internal teams to understand specifications, materials, color palettes, and technical requirements
• Translate client briefs into actionable production plans with weaving clusters, dyeing units, and artisans
• Develop and maintain T&A calendars, order trackers, and coordination sheets to ensure timely execution
• Conduct feasibility analysis for techniques, sizes, materials, and custom requirements
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards across all custom products
• Support costing and pricing strategies while balancing profitability and product value
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and export teams for approvals and production updates
• Contribute to process improvements through post-delivery feedback and analysis
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
• B.F Tech graduate
• 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in home furnishings, textiles, bespoke, or luxury products
• Strong understanding of textile techniques, dyeing processes, materials, and handcrafted production methods
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in English & Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and order management systems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Exposure to export markets and global clientele
• Experience working in artisan-led or luxury/customized production environments
• Interest in sustainable and ethical production practices
