🔹 About the Role:
As a Custody Executive, you will support end-to-end custody operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and client servicing while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Trade Settlement & Processing
• Handle pre & post-settlement trade lifecycle activities
• Ensure timely settlement of trades across domestic markets
• Coordinate with clearing corporations, depositories, and counterparties
📈 Reconciliation & Reporting
• Perform daily reconciliation of holdings, cash, and transactions
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines
• Generate MIS reports and client statements
🏦 Corporate Actions
• Process dividends, bonus issues, stock splits, and other corporate actions
• Ensure accurate allocation and reporting to clients
🤝 Client Servicing
• Address client queries related to settlements, transactions, and holdings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
🛡️ Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations
• Maintain documentation and audit trails
⚙️ Process Improvement
• Identify process enhancement opportunities
• Support automation and operational efficiency initiatives
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 M.Com / PGDM / MBA (Finance)
💼 0–5 years of experience in Custody, Capital Markets, or Operations
🌟 Freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
🔹 Key Skills Required:
✔ Understanding of capital markets & custody operations
✔ Knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes
✔ Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
✔ Good communication and coordination abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of NSDL/CDSL and clearing corporations
• Exposure to corporate actions and reconciliation tools
• Experience in custody operations, fund accounting, or financial services
