Curvestone is redefining how teams automate complex workflows with AI via our WorkflowGPT platform. We have strong traction and success in closing deals, we are now looking for a marketing and GTM expert to help us accelerate demand generation and drive us from early PMF (Product-Market Fit) to a more scalable, predictable growth model.
We are headquartered in Holborn, London, with team members working remotely from New York and Poland.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing and growth leader who thrives in the messy but exciting phase of taking a product from early traction to market dominance (Level 1/2 to Level 3 in the First Round PMF Framework). This role is perfect for someone who has successfully helped an early-stage company progress on this journey before, refining messaging, building scalable demand generation engines, and crafting a GTM motion that scales.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a demand generation strategy to drive high-quality leads and market awareness.
- Experiment with and optimise various growth channels, including content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, outbound, partnerships, and community-driven marketing.
- Refine our positioning and messaging to resonate with target personas.
- Build and optimise a scalable GTM playbook, including lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve lead-to-close efficiency.
- Implement and analyse marketing metrics to measure success and iterate quickly.
- Test new growth tactics and bring a data-driven, iterative mindset to marketing.
Skills, Experience, and Mindset
Must-have
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or GTM roles at early-stage B2B SaaS companies.
- A track record of successfully moving a company from early traction (PMF Level 1/2) to a more mature demand engine (Level 3).
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, content marketing, and outbound strategies.
- Deep understanding of startup go-to-market motions, including PLG, sales-led growth, or hybrid models.
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable using data to drive decision-making.
- A bias for action and a willingness to experiment quickly.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working closely with sales and product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI/automation/workflow-related markets.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other growth platforms.
- Community-building or evangelism experience.

Compensation
Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Performance Bonus: 20-30% of base salary, tied to key growth KPIs (lead generation, conversion rates, revenue impact)
