Role overview: About the role Our three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You'll start out with three six-month rotations across Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Change. Within these areas you'll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a product or programme as well as how to support the delivery of key internal programmes and crucial change management activities. In your fourth six-month rotation, you'll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you're passionate about. Finally, in year three, you'll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship. Along the way, you'll develop a wealth of new skills, including: High level scoping Process mapping and re-engineering Project planning and tracking Workshop facilitation Change approach definition and impact assessment Comms and training design and roll out You'll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior Business Analyst or Junior PM/PMO, or building your experience as a Junior Change Manager.
