Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic academic leader for our Kothrud, Pune campus to drive an integrated Mathematics curriculum for Classes 8–12, combining CBSE academics with JEE/NEET preparation. The role requires a balance of curriculum planning, faculty mentoring, and high-quality classroom teaching.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Design & Academic Planning
- Design and implement an integrated Mathematics curriculum for:
- Foundation (Classes 8–10): Concept building, Olympiad, NTSE base
- Senior Secondary (Classes 11–12): JEE Main/Advanced aligned
- Align curriculum strictly with CBSE guidelines
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly academic plans
2. Content Development
- Develop:
- Study materials and modules
- Practice worksheets (basic to advanced levels)
- Assignments and revision material
- Create question banks aligned with JEE patterns
- Ensure structured progression from concept clarity to advanced problem-solving
3. Classroom Teaching
- Teach Mathematics for:
- Classes 11–12 (JEE level)
- Support Classes 9–10 when required
- Focus on:
- Concept clarity
- Problem-solving techniques
- Speed and accuracy for competitive exams
4. Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and conduct:
- Unit tests and periodic assessments
- Full-length JEE pattern mock tests
- Analyze performance and implement data-driven improvement strategies
5. Faculty Training & Support
- Mentor and guide Mathematics faculty
- Conduct internal training sessions and content discussions
- Ensure consistency in teaching methodology and quality
6. Academic Monitoring
- Track syllabus completion as per academic plan
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback
- Maintain high academic standards
7. Competitive Exam Integration
- Integrate JEE preparation within the CBSE curriculum
- Train students in:
- Advanced problem-solving techniques
- Time management and exam strategy
8. Student Mentorship
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and remedial classes
- Support both high achievers and academically weaker students
- Guide students on JEE preparation strategy and planning
9. Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Physics & Chemistry faculty
- Academic coordinators
- School leadership

Qualifications
- M.Sc. Mathematics / B.Tech (preferred)
- B.Ed. (preferred)
Experience
- 5–10 years of teaching experience in Mathematics
- Experience in:
- JEE coaching / integrated programs (highly preferred)
- CBSE schools
Curriculum development experience is an added advantage
