Role Description
The Curriculum Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of STEM education programs. Responsibilities include designing and updating curricula to align with learning objectives, creating instructional materials, managing program timelines, and ensuring effective training and development of educators. Collaboration with other teams to align educational goals and maintaining high educational standards is a key focus. This is a full-time on-site position based in Gandhinagar.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
- Proficiency in Training & Development methodologies
- Strong Program Management skills, including planning and execution
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Education and STEM-focused content
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and mentor educators effectively
- Familiarity with emerging EdTech tools and technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred
