This role is open to

built products, run campaigns, analyzed business problems, or worked on startup ideas, this role is for you.
🎯
What You’ll Do Curriculum & Content Development
- Design and continuously improve curriculum across core business domains
- Create structured learning experiences — pre-reads, presentations, case studies, and hands-on projects
- Translate real-world business problems into practical, teachable exercises
- Build simulations, product use-cases, marketing scenarios, and startup case studies
Quality & Impact
- Work closely with faculty (IITs/IIMs), industry experts, and internal teams to ensure high-quality learning outcomes
- Continuously improve content based on student feedback and performance
- Keep curriculum aligned with current industry trends and practices
Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate with business leaders and faculty to build high-quality programs
- Stay updated on trends across product, analytics, marketing, and startups
- Support students with business thinking and problem-solving approaches
✅
What We’re Looking For Must Have
- Strong portfolio of hands-on work (projects, case studies, campaigns, product work, startup experience)
- Solid understanding of at least one domain: Product / Analytics / Marketing / Business
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple, structured learning content
- Basic understanding of data, metrics, and business decision-making
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
👉 No strict degree or experience requirement —
we value proof of work over pedigree
Good to Have
- Experience in edtech, consulting, content, or teaching
- Exposure to tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or marketing tools
- Understanding of product frameworks, growth metrics, or business models
- Experience working on startup ideas or side projects
