We are looking for a creative and passionate professional to design high-quality, skills-based learning experiences for students across grade levels. The role focuses on developing engaging, student-centred content aligned with 21st-century skills and curriculum goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Content Development
Design and develop skill-based curriculum across subjects and gradesCreate lesson plans, teaching resources, and learning materialsEnsure alignment with learning outcomes and program frameworks
- Instructional Design & Pedagogy
Integrate 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication)Apply student-centred approaches to enhance engagementDesign inquiry-based and real-world connected learning experiences
- Research & Content Quality
Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevanceMaintain clarity, structure, and high instructional qualityImprove content based on feedback and best practices
Develop innovative and interactive learning strategiesDesign differentiated and inclusive learning experiencesEnsure content is accessible for diverse learners
Collaborate with Curriculum Managers, Instructional Designers, and Training teamsContribute to brainstorming and co-creation processesDemonstrate ownership, adaptability, and openness to feedback
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience in curriculum development, content creation, or teachingStrong writing, research, and communication skillsAbility to design engaging lesson plans and learning materialsUnderstanding of student-centred learning and 21st-century skillsCollaborative mindset with a positive and growth-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, or equivalentExperience in teaching fellowships or curriculum-based programsPrior experience in K–12 education systems
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English with strong language skillsCreative thinker with a passion for educationAbility to design engaging and meaningful learning experiences
