🎯 Role: Curriculum Developer & Teacher Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Preschool & Pre-Primary Curriculum
- Create lesson plans, activity sheets, and assessment tools
- Conduct teacher training sessions (Online & Offline)
- Visit franchise schools for teacher training and classroom setup support
- Develop training manuals and teaching methodologies
- Ensure curriculum quality and consistency across all franchise locations
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in Preschool / Montessori Curriculum Development
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Experience in Teacher Training (Online & Offline)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel to franchise locations when required
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in preschool curriculum or training
