What You Will Be Doing
- Analyzing intricate patterns within student learning data through AI, converting these findings into transformative strategies that redefine science teaching and learning methodologies.
- Developing AI-driven virtual laboratories and simulations that render abstract scientific principles tangible and compelling for student engagement.
- Creating dynamic learning sequences that adjust in real-time, rendering complex scientific frameworks approachable and stimulating for learners at every skill level.
- Partnering with an interdisciplinary collective of teachers, researchers, and AI specialists to expand the horizons of science education, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.
- Converting comprehensive scientific publications into accessible, AI-enriched materials that educate students while sparking their enthusiasm for scientific discovery.

- Overseeing conventional science curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of science instruction and learning.

- Concentrating exclusively on abstract concepts—each AI system you build will tangibly influence how students comprehend and implement scientific knowledge in practical contexts.
Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities
Achieve quantifiable enhancements in student science learning results through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x improvement in concept acquisition speed across multiple scientific disciplines (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience teaching science or developing science curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
