Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Current Relationship Manager based in Bikaner. The Current Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with financial needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services, resolving client queries, reviewing account performance, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The individual will also work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the bank's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Relationship management and customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Sales and cross-selling expertise, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer relevant products or solutions
- Knowledge of banking and financial products, including current accounts and other retail banking services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate account performance and resolve customer queries effectively
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and adherence to banking standards and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in relationship management, banking, or financial services is a plus
- Proficiency in local language and cultural awareness of the Bikaner region is desirable
