Role Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Current Affairs Faculty to join our team for UPSC coaching. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. Responsibilities include designing and delivering current affairs lectures, preparing study materials, mentoring students, and staying updated with national and international events. The role also involves contributing to content creation, conducting mock tests, and guiding students to strengthen their exam preparation strategies.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of current affairs, including national and international events, policies, and developments
• Ability to create engaging lectures, study materials, and session plans tailored to UPSC requirements
• Experience in mentoring or guiding students preparing for competitive exams
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills with an effective communication style
• Proficiency in exam-oriented material creation and structuring mock tests
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
• Master's degree in Political Science, History, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior teaching experience in the UPSC domain or similar competitive examinations is highly desirable
