Marketing Manager - Participant Communication


A leading U.S. retirement provider is undergoing a significant multi-year digital transformation across its retirement business. The initiative addresses the instability of aging legacy systems and aims to position the company as a strong third competitor in the retirement market alongside other large companies. The transformation encompasses:

  • Full rebuild of recordkeeping infrastructure
  • Launch of two new retirement products: FutureStep (white-labeled with Vestwell) and FutureChoice (to launch in September)
  • Enhanced B2B and B2C digital experiences
  • Expansion into new and existing market segments (small and mid-to-large plan sponsors)

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in financial services, retirement, or insurance industries
  • Familiarity with compliance review processes and stakeholder management in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency with tools such as Workfront (project management), Salesforce, Marketo, and content collaboration platforms

Marketing Manager – Participant Communications:

  • Focused on end-user messaging (employees and participants)
  • Responsible for creating tailored marketing assets to support post-sale experiences and drive plan engagement


Logistics:

  • Remote (Eastern hours)
  • Contract to hire
  • Ideal if you can go into Boston, MA office a few times a month
